Anti-Bribery Policy

The Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and all employees of PT. Madhava Dwikarya Teknologi are committed to implementing an Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) to support efforts in preventing bribery practices in any form, through the following actions:

1. We are committed to adhering to all applicable legal regulations related to anti-bribery.
2. Employees are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of bribery. If bribery is suspected and proven, sanctions will be imposed as per the Company’s Regulations.
3. We encourage raising awareness with good intentions or based on reasonable belief, without fear of retaliation.
4. We will establish clear roles, responsibilities, and authorities within the Anti-Bribery Compliance function.
5. The company will ensure the availability of resources necessary for the effective implementation of the Anti-Bribery Management System.
6. We will communicate the anti-bribery policy to all stakeholders in a manner that is easy to understand.
7. Every department within the company will assess and control bribery risks.
8. A system for reporting bribery allegations will be provided to facilitate transparency and encourage reporting of violations.
9. We will ensure that the company’s anti-bribery strategies and policies are in line with expectations and are effectively implemented.

This policy is established in line with the organization's objectives and is reviewed periodically as necessary, in accordance with the ISO 37001:2016 standard. It will be communicated to all stakeholders in a manner that is easily understood.
